Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Rubiko LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on Rubiko LLC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Rubiko LLC at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Service Terms

Custom Development Services

Rubiko LLC provides custom web development and application services. All custom development work is performed according to specifications agreed upon in writing between the client and Rubiko LLC.

Project Scope and Changes

Project scope is defined in writing before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. Change requests must be approved in writing by both parties.

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are defined in individual project contracts
• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law
• Work may be suspended on accounts with overdue balances

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. However, Rubiko LLC retains rights to:

• General methodologies, techniques, and processes used in development
• Pre-existing code libraries and frameworks
• Code that may be reusable across multiple projects (with client-specific elements removed)

Disclaimer

The materials on Rubiko LLC's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Rubiko LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Rubiko LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

In no event shall Rubiko LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Rubiko LLC's website, even if Rubiko LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Data Security and Hosting

While Rubiko LLC implements industry-standard security measures for all custom applications and websites we develop, clients are responsible for:

• Maintaining secure passwords and access credentials
• Regularly backing up their data
• Understanding that no system is 100% secure
• Notifying Rubiko LLC immediately of any suspected security breaches

Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements. Unless specifically contracted:

• Rubiko LLC provides a 30-day warranty on custom development work for defects
• Ongoing support, updates, and maintenance require separate service agreements
• Emergency support may be available at premium rates
• Clients are responsible for their own hosting and domain management unless contracted otherwise

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice. Upon termination:

• Clients remain responsible for payment of all work completed
• Rubiko LLC will provide final deliverables for paid work
• Any ongoing services (hosting, maintenance) will conclude per contract terms
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

Modifications

Rubiko LLC may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
